This Refund Policy explains when a refund may or may not be available for PakExcise private facilitation services.
PakExcise.com is a private facilitation service and is not affiliated with Excise & Taxation, MTMIS, NADRA, ICT Excise, Safe City, or any Government of Pakistan department.
A refund may be considered if:
Refund approval depends on application status, payment verification, work completed, and the nature of the service request.
Refunds may not be available if:
Government fees, official taxes, challans, penalties, courier charges, payment transfer charges, and third-party service charges are usually non-refundable once paid or submitted to the relevant platform, department, or service provider.
PakExcise facilitation charges are separate from official/government charges where applicable.
To request a refund, contact PakExcise support with:
PakExcise will review the request and respond after checking payment status, application status, and work completed.
If approved, refunds may take time depending on the payment method, bank, wallet provider, or manual processing schedule. Any transfer charges may be deducted where applicable.
Users may request cancellation before work starts. Once support, document checking, application handling, coordination, or payment processing begins, cancellation may not qualify for a full refund.
